Constructed from 100% moleskin cotton, the Laser Cut Damaged Cap carries a dense, tactile surface — washed and waxed to create depth and resistance. The material holds structure while developing character through wear.

Damage is introduced through controlled laser cutting, allowing abrasion and perforation to feel intentional rather than incidental. The brim is laser cut with precision, creating a sharpened edge that contrasts against the organic distressing of the crown.

Subtle embroidery anchors the cap within the FFFPOSTALSERVICE system — restrained, integrated, and purposeful. The waxed finish adds protection and tonal variation, while the washed treatment softens the structure without compromising form.
