Cut from a 67% cotton / 33% polyester shell, the Darted Kalf Vest is shaped through precise construction rather than excess volume. Four structural darts at the back create a subtle shell form — lifting the garment slightly away from the body and giving it an armored contour. The silhouette feels protective yet controlled.

At the front, utility pockets are reinforced with signature “X” darts — a technical detail that stabilizes the pocket structure while acting as a coded visual marker within the FFFPOSTALSERVICE system. Functional reinforcement, not decoration.

Lightweight 1oz quilting provides measured insulation without bulk, maintaining a sharp profile whether worn as a mid-layer or outer piece. The interior is fully lined in 100% cupro, offering a smooth, breathable contrast to the structured exterior.

Closure is handled through YKK Excella #8 hardware at both the front and side seam — substantial, precise, and durable. Fabric pull tabs soften the mechanical finish, while an internal string system allows for subtle adjustment depending on layering.

Designed as a modular component within a larger uniform — adaptable, deliberate, and built to endure.
